Are your Products Royalty Free?
Yes! All of our samples are royalty free. Feel free to use them as much as you want. The only thing you can’t do is resell the samples themselves, on their own or as part of any sample pack.
Do I Have to Purchase KONTAKT to Use ATOM?
No, We’ve partnered with Native Instruments to make sure that ATOM libraries will play without any restrictions in the Free Kontakt Player. You can download the Kontakt Free Player here.
Can I Install your KONTAKT Instruments on an External Drive?
Yes, we recommend first downloading the library folder onto your desktop and then moving it to your drive.
However, if you already added the library in Kontakt then Kontakt is going to continue to use the library’s current location as a point of reference to access the library’s files when the library is used.
I did not receive an email after my purchase
Sorry about that. We sent your purchase emails to the email address provided during checkout. Your downloads should be available on your account “Downloads” Tab, an email will be sent to you after completing the order, please also check your email “Junk” folder.
I Cannot Find My Library in KONTAKT
Please follow the below steps if your KONTAKT Library is not displayed in KONTAKT’s Library Browser.
– If your have moved or cannot find the folder containing the Library you already installed, read this article.
– If you need to install and set up a KONTAKT Library for the first time, read this article.
If the previous descriptions do not apply to your case, continue with this troubleshooting.
How do I download my purchase?
Your downloads should be available on your account “Downloads” Tab, also an email will be sent to you after completing an order.
How do i install your KONTAKT libraries?
Our Non-NKS ready KONTAKT Libraries / Instruments do not require any special activation such as “Add Library”. You can open the .nki(s) from Kontakt’s browser, or simply drag n drop the first .nki inside Kontakt.
You can also use the Quick-Load in KONTAKT to organize your Instruments in the Quick-Load Browser in order to speed up your workflow by easing the access of your favorite Instruments, Banks and Multis.

On How Many Computers May I Install a KONTAKT Instrument?
For our NKS-Ready Libraries purchase of one serial code allows for installation on two machines at once as long as both machines use the same NI Native Access account.
To install our Instruments on a second computer, log in to your Native Access account on your new computer and your licenses will be reactivated.
Where Can I Find My Serial Key?
Login to your Audiomodern account to view your purchased products and serials.

ATOM V2.0 - NKS Update
Update for ATOM is now available which include NKS compatibility with Native Instruments Maschine and Komplete Kontrol.
All new purchases since April 23rd 2019 have already received these updates with their initial installation. Anyone who purchased before April 23rd 2019 can do the following to receive the NKS update:
– Login to your Audiomodern account
– Head over to the ‘Downloads’ tab and re-download ATOM
Log in to your Native Access account and enter your license that is provided on your account.

Will you Ship My Software Order?
Unless you have ordered a Bundle, No. All of Audiomodern’s software & products are digital and delivered via download. You’ll receive an email containing download and installation instructions immediately after purchasing and you can download your products on your account “Downloads: Tab. If you haven’t received your purchase email, please check all possible names and email addresses that could have been used during checkout or contact us for further assistance.
What if I want a refund?
