Are your Products Royalty Free?
Yes! All of our samples are royalty free. Feel free to use them as much as you want. The only thing you can’t do is resell the samples themselves, on their own or as part of any sample pack.
Can I use the Kontakt PLAYER engine?
Some of our products require the full retail version of Kontakt and some can be loaded in the Free Kontakt Player version. For further requirements such as which kontakt version is necessary, please check each libraries requirements, which can be found towards the bottom of each product page.
I did not receive an email after my purchase

How do i install your KONTAKT libraries?
Our Non-NKS ready KONTAKT Libraries / Instruments do not require any special activation such as “Add Library”. You can open the .nki(s) from Kontakt’s browser, or simply drag n drop the first .nki inside Kontakt.
You can also use the Quick-Load in KONTAKT to organize your Instruments in the Quick-Load Browser in order to speed up your workflow by easing the access of your favorite Instruments, Banks and Multis.

Will you Ship My Software Order?
Unless you have ordered a Bundle, No. All of Audiomodern’s software & products are digital and delivered via download. You’ll receive an email containing download and installation instructions immediately after purchasing and you can download your products on your account “Downloads: Tab. If you haven’t received your purchase email, please check all possible names and email addresses that could have been used during checkout or contact us for further assistance.
What if I want a refund?
Audiomodern has a 100% Money Back guarantee on all of our individual products. Contact [email protected] with your request. We do not give refunds on bulk orders.
