Can I use the Kontakt player engine?
All our products require the full retail version of Kontakt. However they will run in “demo mode” on Kontakt Player Engine. For further requirements such as which kontakt version is necessary, please check each libraries requirements, which can be found towards the bottom of each product page.
What is the difference between the three Glitchee Instruments ?
Although the Glitchee Series of Instruments share the same structure and functionality, they contain totally different soundsets.
What is the difference between the three Sync Instruments ?
Again, the Sync Series of Instruments share the same structure and functionality, but they each contain a different set of Construction Kits.
How do i install your KONTAKT libraries?
Our KONTAKT Libraries / Instruments do not require any special activation such as “Add Library”.
You can open the .nki(s) from Kontakt’s browser, or simply drag n drop the first .nki inside Kontakt.
You can then navigate through the rest of the library using the “Back” and “Next” buttons on top of Kontakt’s interface.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. We never see your credit card information, since it is all handled by PayPal, BrainTree and Google.
Is ordering from your website secure?
Absolutely! Audiomodern employs different security measures to ensure that all your important information is kept safe.
While online, Audiomodern uses Comodo’s SSL encryption to protect transmissions of your account and credit card information.
To maintain this high level of security, never share your password and remember to log out of your Audiomodern account and exit your browser if on a shared computer.
