What’s new in Gatelab 2.0 compared to the legacy version?
Gatelab 2.0 introduces new randomization algorithms, optimized preset management, a new filter section, improved overall performance
from a complete rebuild, and dedicated MIDI FX versions for AUv3 and Logic Pro compared to the previous version.
Can I import or export my presets to another device?
Yes. You can save, export, and share your presets between devices using the preset manager’s import/export buttons.
Note that the custom packs section differs from our other apps and doesn’t include extra info like thumbnails, author names, or descriptions.
Can I use Gatelab as a MIDI generator to control other plugins?
Yes. Gatelab 2 can output MIDI to drive other apps or plugins in your DAW.
It also includes a dedicated MIDI FX version for Logic Pro and an AUv3 MIDI FX version for iPad.
