Do I need to Purchase Soundbox?
No, Soundbox is entirely free to use. Starting with version 1.0.3, Soundbox can be used as a Player engine for any Soundbox Instrument without requiring to be activated by a license key.
This is useful for:
• Sharing Soundbox Instruments across devices (Desktop/iPad)
• Sharing Soundbox Instruments with users who do not own a Soundbox license.
• Loading Audiomodern’s free Soundbox Instruments.
• Loading Soundbox Instruments that are built by third-party developers.
By using Soundbox as a player, all features are unlocked and fully functional, except for the Sample & Mapping editor, which allows you to import and edit your own sounds. The Sample & Mapping editor can be unlocked through the settings tab, by entering a license key that comes with any Audiomodern Soundbox Instrument. Once unlocked, it stays unlocked permanently, with no need for further upgrades, as it includes free lifetime updates.
Is there a trial version for Soundbox?
Soundbox is provided free of charge as a library player specifically for our virtual instruments libraries.
As a result, it does not include a trial version. When you make a purchase, you are buying the virtual instrument library itself, not Soundbox.
Soundbox is a tool to enable the use of our libraries, ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy and make the most of your purchase.
Can I create my Own Custom Virtual Intruments?
Absolutely. In addition to playing our virtual instrument libraries, Soundbox allows you to create your own custom virtual instruments with extensive customization options. You can design and tweak every aspect of your instruments to suit your creative needs. Once you’ve created your custom instruments, you can export and share them with other Soundbox users without any additional cost. This flexibility makes Soundbox a powerful tool for both utilizing our libraries and unleashing your creativity.
